Pain Management Specialist Jobs in Colorado

They must complete a medical degree, followed by a residency in a related field like anesthesiology or physical medicine and rehabilitation. To specialize in pain management, they then need to complete a fellowship program in pain management. Important certifications include a medical license and board certification in Pain Medicine through American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
