Advent Christian Village is searching for a caring and skillful physician to provide care to its elderly and rural patients. We are looking for a physician who is Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, preferable with strong interest/experience in geriatrics. Qualified candidates may also serve on the faculty of the Florida State University College of Medicine, providing teaching to medical students on their geriatrics and rural rotations. This full-time position provides primary care to residents of a special community for seniors, staff and other residents in the surrounding area. Responsibilities include serving as the chief of medical services and medical director of the rural health clinic and skilled nursing center. A team of skilled mid-level medical staff support and enhance the medical services provided.
