Novant Health Neurosciences Institute is seeking a Movement Disorders Neurologist to join our well-established and growing Movement Disorders program in Wilmington, NC.

The Neurosciences Institute at Novant Health is a network of over 33 neurology providers supporting 6 care locations across the coastal region. We are looking for a clinical movement disorders specialist to expand our expertise in care for our patients.

Opportunity Highlights:
  • Join an established neurology practice with over 3000 movement disorder patients in the coastal region.
  • 100% outpatient practice with no hospital call.
  • Large catchment area resulting in very diverse population of movement disorders seen in clinic.
  • DBS proficiency highly needed and supported .
  • Full-time neuropsychologist, clinical pharmacist, and therapist within the neurology practice.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
  • Completion of an accredited residency program required
  • For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • Current MD license in appropriate state
  • Board certification or eligibility
  • Current DEA license required
