A facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician for Locum Tenens coverage.

The provider will need to BC/BE on Occ Med, FM, or IM. They will be working 8a - 5p M-F and they require a DOT certification. The average patient volume is 8-10 PPD and on busy days can reach up to 16 patients. the EMR the site uses is EPIC.
