Anesthesiologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Darby, Pennsylvania

A community hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.

This opportunity is at a community hospital running 78 points of service per day across the OR and endo. It follows a medical direction model, with an MD always overseeing a CRNA. There are 4 active points of service, with one CRNA in-house at all times and the MD team handling beeper call. The case mix is diverse and includes general surgery, ENT, GI, ortho, GYN, podiatry, plastics, IR, and urology cardiac is available but not required. Shifts are 8s and 10s, with approximately 6,800 cases per year. The EMR used is Epic, and credentialing takes around 120 days.
