Anesthesiologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Calhoun, Georgia

A Busy Hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist.
The facility is located in Calhoun, GA.
This position offers 8, 10, and 12-hour shift options. Case mix includes General, Ortho, GYN, Urology, Neuro, Ophthalmology, ENT, Pain, Podiatry, and OB, with no hearts, heads, or sick pediatrics. The site operates under medical direction with 7 anesthetizing locations (5 ORs, 1 GI, and OB float coverage) and handles approximately 7,567 cases annually, including 578 OB deliveries (186 C-sections). Typical supervision ratios are 1:3 to 1:4, with physicians performing ultrasound-guided lines and peripheral nerve blocks (TAPs required). There are no CAAs, residents, or students. Cross-credentialing at AdventHealth Murray is required, and the facility uses Epic.
