Internal Medicine Physician Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Richmond, Virginia

A Geriatric Clinic is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Richmond, Virginia.
This role requires a 30-day credentialing period and follows a MondayFriday schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, aligning with facility hours. It is open to MDs and NPs (no PAs) with no call responsibilities. The patient load averages 1824 geriatric patients per day. Candidates must hold an active VA license, DEA, and CSR due to the facility operating its own pharmacy. COVID and flu vaccinations are preferred but not required. The site provides support from multiple MDs, NPs, RNs, MAs, and a full front office team, with a CMO on-site. The EMR system used is DASH, similar to EPIC. All lab work must be redone upon confirmation, as prior results are not accepted. NPs must have geriatric experiencenew graduates will not be considered. Additionally, all confirmed candidates must be submitted and billed through HWL.
